We offer several pool maintenance plans that can be customized according to your preferences, enabling you to be as hands-on or hands-off as you desire. Cleaning services include:
Additional cleaning time beyond the initial one hour during each visit will result in billing for 15-minute increments. First-time cleanings require a minimum of two hours.
Please note that if your pool requires additional cleanings in the spring due to poor water conditions, each return visit will be counted towards your total purchased visits along with a required additional chemical charge. However, you can purchase additional cleanings at a discounted rate if you have selected the Standard or Ultimate maintenance plan.
Poolside water chemistry tests will be conducted by our maintenance team, who will then add appropriate chemicals to balance your water chemistry according to the test results. Please note that chemicals are not included in the maintenance package and will be charged separately. However, if you have a maintenance contract, you will receive a discount of 10% on all chemicals purchased.
Pool Opening Services Include:
Electrical power must be available prior to our arrival. Customer is responsible for having the water level at mid-skimmer prior to our arrival, otherwise we cannot start the equipment. This service does not include cleaning the pool or winter cover after opening.

Filter Service: The filter is cleaned chemically poolside.
Winter Service Includes:
1). One-time Payment: Pay in full by March 1 and receive an additional 5% discount off the total contract price.
2). Monthly Payments: Monthly payments will be due on the 10th of each month for the duration of the agreement. Should payment not be received within 30 days of the due date, services will be stopped. You will receive an email or a monthly itemized statement that you will have the option to pay from. Your card may also be put on file to be run at the time of service or monthly. Final contract payment will be due, no later than 30 days after pool closing.
Any service can be added to any level at our regular rates. All prices are subject to a site inspection.
