Conditions to Prestige Spa Services
*Below are conditions only if your packages include:
Cleaning: Cleaning will include vacuuming any debris and grit off the spa floor. Wiping down the spa/spa cover and cleaning the filters as needed.
Water Chemistry: Will be spa side and taken for our Alex testing monthly. Appropriate chemicals will be added to balance your water chemistry, based off spa side test. Chemicals are not included and will be billed accordingly. Chemicals are 10% off with the purchase of a spa contract.
Drain & Refill: Drain and refill will be performed quarterly. These will be included in the package price.
Filters: Filters will be replaced as needed and will be billed separately.
UV Bulbs: UV bulbs will be changed at the manufacturers recommended dates and will be billed separately.
Payment Options:
- Pay in full by February 1 and receive an additional 5% discount off total contract price.
- Monthly payments: monthly payments will be due on the 10th of each month for the duration of agreement.
Should payment not be received within 30 days of due date, services will be stopped. You will receive an email or a monthly itemized statement that you will have the option to pay from. Your card may also be put on file to be ran at time of service or monthly. Any service can be added to any level at our regular rates. All prices subject to a site inspection.
