During COVID-19, Goodall Pools has remained dedicated to providing a safe environment for both our customers and our employees. Over the last two months, we have diligently followed Federal CDC information and Pennsylvania state guidelines covering the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, we have sought clarification from members of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives along with trade industry experts. As Pennsylvania starts its gradual reopening process, the safety of our customers and staff remains our highest priority.
Retail Stores
Our stores are allowing a limited number of customers inside at a time. We are strictly following CDC protocols, and we ask that you please wear a mask inside our stores. We are available to conduct water testing, answer questions, and assist you with purchasing what you need for your pool or spa.
To better serve our customers, we have extended our hours as well.
Sunday: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
We will continue to offer contactless support at our stores for those who are interested. Orders can be placed online for in-store pickup or delivery. We are also available by phone to take orders or answer questions. For contactless water testing, leave your water sample in the bin outside the door with your name and phone number on it, and we will call or email your results.
Service
Our Service Department is conducting pool openings, pool maintenance visits, and service calls for pools and spas. We will continue to follow CDC protocol to ensure a safe environment for your family. To schedule a service appointment, please call our service department at 717-774-6613.
Construction and Renovations
At the beginning of May, Pennsylvania allowed construction work to resume throughout the state. We are now able to work on new pool projects and renovations while following CDC protocols. Due to the extended closure of our construction and renovation departments, our original schedule is delayed by 8 weeks. We appreciate your patience during this unprecedented situation. New Pool Sales
Our professional sales team is conducting virtual appointments for individuals interested in a new inground or aboveground pool. Technology allows us to provide you with the same information and resources as we would at a home visit. Additionally, we can conduct project site visits as needed. During these visits, we stay outside, maintain social distancing, and follow CDC protocols.
